RETURN POLICY

Not happy? You have 30 days from delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. Items must be unused and in original condition. To start a return, email hello@thenorthnest.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or not as described — in that case we cover it and replace or refund immediately.
